Crosswalk is a collegiate ministry new to the campus of Kent State University.

Why are we here and why should you care?

These are two HUGE questions. We exist for two primary purposes: 1) To connect students with students, and 2) To connect students with God. Period. A college campus is an exciting place to call home for 4 (or more) years of your life. There is no end to the amount and diversity of activities available to students each semester. Crosswalk seeks to be an organization that will change your life as you pursue your degree at Kent State.

No matter the campus, college students constantly struggle with lonliness and at the same time, seek to find their own spiritual path. We seek to combat this issue of lonliness by connecting with students and connecting them to other students. As you seek your path in this exciting stage of your life, we want to help connect you with God.

How do I get connected?
Great question! Drop by our website and hit the connect tab, or join us for a Connect Group meeting located in The HUB in the Student Center. For those that don’t know, that is the main level of the Student Center near the Kiva. It is where you will find such “restaurants” as Quiznos Subs and Einstein Bros Bagels. This semester we will be meeting at 8 p.m. on Tuesdays.
